| SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
Delivery timescales will only apply when we
have the items requested in stock. Carriage is charged per delivery
address and per day/time delivered to that address. Our couriers
work throughout office working hours so your order may arrive at
any time between 9am and 5.00pm.
Carriage is provided to suit, excluding Sundays
and Bank Holidays. We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including
England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
We also deliver all across the world. Shipping
charges are calculated at the point of order and is dependant on
the volumetric weight of the product purchased and the destination.
If required, we are able to deliver all or
part of your order to addresses other than your own, if advised
at the point of order.
Procter & Chester (Measurements) Ltd deliveries
will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays (unless a Saturday delivery
has been requested. We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver
an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available.
Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the
delivery address confirming that they have attempted delivery. This
card contains a contact number so you can speak directly to the
couriers and agree a mutually convenient delivery time or, alternatively,
to arrange for you to collect the order directly from their depot.
After three failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned
to our warehouse.
If you wish to change or cancel an order please

any time between 9:00 am and 05:00 pm. It would be helpful if you
could have the following details to hand:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Date of the order
Orders are normally processed immediately
so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements
for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always
stop the order from being sent.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be highly satisfied with
any product purchased from us however, if you have faulty goods
then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. The
item should be returned within 5 working days and it will go through
inspection to evaluate the cause of the fault. A non conformance
document will be completed and a copy will be sent for the customers
attention. This will provide the action required and time scale
for the repair / replacement unit to be returned.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any goods returned to us in unsuitable packaging will not receive
a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure goods being
returned arrive back to us in a saleable condition. We will charge
for any damaged sustained in transit or whilst in your procession.
